  My mother passed away recently and the services provided by the Lemon Bank Funeral Home, especially Scott Daughenbaugh, were excellent. Absolutely the best, most compassionate service I could have ever hoped for. I highly recommend them to anyone needing funeral services.

  Terrible ! Never heard of lemon bay until yesterday . Come home from work late and see my mom is visably upset . They apparently pulled up public records on my mom and wanted to discus her arraignments on having her transported after she passes . Somehow in the discussion the person on the phone claimed she was following up on a prior phon call for information ! HELLO ! No one called them ! I find out they were following a lead ! Well now they put that thought in my moms head that someone is thinking ahead and going behind her back without letting her in on some outlandish scheme . Totally bottom sucking tactics to make a buck ! Lady tells me on the phone ( I deal with hundred of people and never had an issue like this ! ) God forbid how many other elderly individuals out there are feeling like my mom after talking with this bunch ! Wrong wrong wrong !! I'm sure they are so into the norm on there profession but common !

  My husband passed away a month ago. Lemon Bay Funeral Home and Funeral Director Scott Daughenbaugh were kind and compassionate throughout the planning and execution of the calling hours and memorial service for my husband. I never felt pressured to spend beyond my wishes. Excellent care and service.

  Run away. Total mishandling of my father's arrangements. They could not find the file on him, I had to fend off multiple return phone calls because they were unorganized. They wanted more money after it was paid a year in advance and they forgot to add an expense. I had to ask 5 FIVE times to have cremains brought to church. Two weeks after my father's passing they still had the cremains and apparently didn't know it or what to do with them. Total lack of communication Horrible experience -- go elsewhere. April 2015.
